To symbolise the slow and painstaking process of the Gallipoli campaign, I purposely made the animation slow-paced, showcasing what would lead to a stalemate. These movements also represented the solemn sounding bugle, performing “The Last Post”, a song that is used to commemorate those who have been killed in the war.
In a light-hearted/surprising animation, I was tasked to create a simple sequence based on an accident by using After Effects. I explored the dynamic timing possibilities inherent in the sudden burst of energy and the subsequent decay of energy. All assets were created by me in Illustrator.
Created a loop animation for UNSW Blitz Cinemanicas Podcast. The goal was to make the asset style the same as the Outdoor Podcast in order to make each animation similar.
